Good - it was very thorough and the care, help and bedside manner was excellent. The comms and passage of info from shift -shift could be better

All the staff was very polite & courtious. Irespective of their rank - they would attend to the patients' need at that time - rather than waiting for the person in whose job description that kind of work came.
